This is part of a never-ending journey to raise the profile and appreciation of the micro-organism that manages the 'majestic 24/7 transformation of wort to beer'.  The central idea in this article is to link together all the processes that involve yeast - such as propagation, fermentation, cropping, storage etc - as one integrated and seamless process, the yeast 'supply chain'.
